Job Description
Our client, an international trust and corporate management company, is now looking for a Company Secretary Assistant.
Location: Central
Working day: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
Responsibilities
- Preparing different kinds of trust and corporate administration documents
- Provide support to account management (Assets in US)
- Liaise with internal and external parties
- Handle ad hoc assignments and projects as required by management
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree, in Business Administration/Corporate Governance/Law or a related discipline
- 1 year of Company secretary experience is preferred
- Fluency in English– excellent written and verbal communication skills in both (Fluency in Mandarin will be a plus)
- Good communication skills, proactive with good sense of responsibility
- Immediate available is highly preferred
