Job Description

Responsibilities:

Assist General Counsel to provide in-house legal and compliance support;
Draft, review and revise contracts, documents and policies in English and Chinese;
Handle litigation matters;
Assist in providing legal updates;
Liaise with external professionals and regulatory bodies;
Conduct legal researches;
Perform ad hoc projects

Requirements:

Bachelor degree in laws or equivalent;
1 to 3 years’ work experience in listed companies or SFC regulated activities, preferably in finance, investment, securities, asset management, private equities or related industries;
Work experience in mainland state-owned enterprises or PRC legal matters is a plus;
Good team player, well organized and proactive;
Strong communication skills and good command of English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
Able to work independently and under pressure
