The Role:

• Provide support in internal and external communications, including translation
• Assist in reviewing client reports & client related materials for management review
• Create client communication materials and provide support in projects with a target to enhance business operation effectiveness
• Revamp client and business templates to enhance operational and client presentation efficiency
• Supporting various projects as assigned by Supervisor
• Organize, coordinate and support onsite activities for clients
• Act as a coordinator between vendors and clients, ensure communication efficiency

Our Requirements:

• University graduate with minimum 3 years of working experience in a corporate setting is preferred
• Proactive, detail-oriented with high level of organizational and coordination skills
• Mature and a self-starter
• Able to work independently and in a team environment
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Mandarin will be advantage
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
