Requirements:

• Tertiary education or above
• Fluent in Cantonese, Japanese and English (Being able to read and write are a must)
• Skilled MS office user especially Excel, PPT and Word
• Responsible, highly organized and flexible towards new tasks
• Fresh graduates will also be considered

Job descriptions:

• Liaise with Japan office for system problems (IT knowledge not required)
• Assist directors and managers with ad-hoc tasks
• Translation/ Interpretations
• Creating meeting minutes
• Assisting project-based tasks
