Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in financial analysis for commercial property investment
• Assist in market analysis for the rent and price trend of commercial property
• Conduct site inspection for collecting market information
• Assist in feasibilities study for commercial property conversion and re-positioning

Job Requirements:

• Degree or above in BBA / Finance / Surveying (General Practice)/ Real Estate or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years’ or above experience in property investment, valuation and feasibility studies
• Chartered member of HKIS/RICS/CFA is preferred but not a must
• Proficiency in Excel is highly preferable
• Presentable, self-motivated, responsible, independent and hardworking
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
