Responsibilities:

• To assist the Senior Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of a designated property portfolio.
• To monitor the performance of services contractors, in particular of canteen, cleaning, security, landscaping and repair & maintenance (R&M) contractors.
• To ensure that all building/centre are being managed up to the standard of the company.
• To set up all standard procedures and control systems and ensure that they are strictly followed by all staff members at supervising building/centre.
  
  

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree holder in property management or related discipline.
• At least 5 years’ relevant working experience in property management.
• Strong and effective leadership with solid people and team management.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and able to prioritize assignments.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
