Job Responsibilities

• To assist Quality Assurance Manager in implementation and maintenance of integrated management system (IMS) including ISO 9001 (Quality Management System), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System) and OHSAS 18001 (Safety Management System) as well as monitoring and measuring the performance of the system
• To conduct internal audit and prepare audit reports
• To assist in revision of operation procedures and work instructions
• To perform duties and projects as assigned by the management

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in any disciplines
• Relevant experience is preferable but not essential
• Knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and Q-Markis a definite advantage
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Chinese word processing)
• Good interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
• Attention to details, proactive and willing to learn
