Job Purpose:
Programme Executive (Community Health Education Project) is to support the administrative and logistics needs, daily operations of health talks, workshops, roving exhibitions, and other tasks related to Community Health Education Project (CHEP).

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily operational and administration duties, logistic arrangement related to community health education activities
• Assist to organize community health education related activities / programmes
• Assist to perform stock-taking, warehouse and inventory management
• Assist to coordinate, develop and enhance volunteer management such as organizing voluntary service recruitment , volunteer training and gathering
• Undertake any other duties as assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

• Completion of HKCEE/ HKDSE (minimum five passes, including English, Chinese and Mathematics) equivalent or above
• A minimum of 2 years relevant working experience
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Proficient in PC knowledge (including Microsoft Office). Knowledge of design and audio-visual computer software is an advantage
• Excellent customer service attitude and professional telephone manner
• Good communication skills
