Job Description

Are you looking for a career in Makeup/ Skincare industry and have 2- 5 yrs experience as a Trainer? Our client, a Luxury Makeup/ Beauty company is seeking for someone passionate in training, willing to develop creative ideas, strategic, energetic and proactive to join their Professional Training Team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Observe and forecast on-going consumer behavior, work closely with the manager for seasonal coaching session in order to meet market needs
  • Assist manager to prepare training presentation materials for training session or conference
  • Conduct field coaching and classroom to frontline staffs
  • Conduct new product training, prepare F&B handouts and e-learning materials
  • Teach selling techniques according to consumer such as Up-selling & Cross-selling
  • Estimate expense budget, plan necessarily training materials to arrive on scheduled
  • Arrange appointments, seasonal event setup
  • Ensure all trainings meet brand’s image and within its guideline
  • Analyze Mystery Shopper / Customer Survey report and
  • Evaluate after-training feedback, communicate closely with staffs
  • Assist general office administrative and coordination duties

Job Requirements:

  • 1-5 years training experience with some management experience is preferred
  • F.5 graduated / Diploma degree or equivalent aspect
  • 1-4 year experience in Fashion / FMCG / Beauty / Travel Retail
  • Proficiency in written and spoken, in both English and Mandarin Chinese
  • Willing to travel abroad
  • Able to work independently and as a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, organize, able to multitask
  • Strong computer skills on Word, Excel and Power Point
