We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Channel Sales Officer .
Principal responsibilities

• Provide support in the promotion of the Bank's secured loan business including mortgage loans and secured overdraft products through the Bank's direct banking business channels, including e-channel and phone banking channel
• Handle mortgage application documents and submit for credit assessment according to the Bank's guidelines and policies
• Participate in the selling and promoting of mortgage and secured loans products, as well as cross-selling other financial products and services to our customers through the Bank's distribution channels

Qualifications
Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration / Finance or a related discipline
• Minimum of two years' retail banking experience
• Strong sales and service orientation, with outgoing personality and good communication skills
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with proficiency in Putonghua an advantage
• High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers

(Candidates with more experience will be considered for the position of Senior Officer / Assistant Manager
