Job Title:  Sales and Marketing Support

Job Description:

The Sales and Marketing Support will perform various sales and marketing tasks to ensure the satisfaction of clients and expand the client base as well as achieve maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values. 

Job Responsibilities:

Sales

• Research and provide Client Service and Sales Director with relevant movie information such as festival awards, movie reviews, viewer ratings etc.
• Consolidation and Posting of Monthly Mail out packages
• Update and Monitoring of Monthly Release chart

 Client Services

• Prepare emails for monthly sales line-up
• Process orders from Clients, provide images and edit notes etc.
• Create and maintain Client Database

 Marketing

• Prepare monthly marketing materials and flyers for Sales team
• Conduct movie research and analysis

Skills:

The Sales and Marketing Support should possess excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and a strong command of the English language. Working experience particularly on sales and client service is preferred but fresh graduates are welcomed too.

He / She must have strong communication skills (written and oral) and works well with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook). He / She should be resourceful in researching for movie information in various languages. He / She must have good interpersonal skills to deal with customers and collaborate with other departments in the company, proactive approach to problem solving and ability to adapt to shifting priorities, meet deadlines and execute in a fast-paced environment. Immediate availability would highly be preferred.
