Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver customer services by acting as the coordinator and monitor between external clients and internal technical colleagues
  • Support service / technical enquiries / Fault report from end users through hotline, email.
  • Client liaison, coordination with internal teams and outside vendors, and on site management for the duration of projects and post-sales support.
  • Enhance project operation efficiency and account servicing quality.
  • Continuously update customer details, ensure database integrity

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or any related disciplines
  • Minimum 2-3 years CS experience in IT / Networks or Telecom sector industry
  • Proactive in servicing with good telephone manner
  • Mature, work independently and self-motivated
  • Proficient in English, Cantonese & Mandarin
