Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Deliver customer services by acting as the coordinator and monitor between external clients and internal technical colleagues
- Support service / technical enquiries / Fault report from end users through hotline, email.
- Client liaison, coordination with internal teams and outside vendors, and on site management for the duration of projects and post-sales support.
- Enhance project operation efficiency and account servicing quality.
- Continuously update customer details, ensure database integrity
Requirements:
- Diploma holder or any related disciplines
- Minimum 2-3 years CS experience in IT / Networks or Telecom sector industry
- Proactive in servicing with good telephone manner
- Mature, work independently and self-motivated
- Proficient in English, Cantonese & Mandarin
