Job responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests
• 主動歡迎來賓
• Resolve guests’ enquiries proactively and politely
• 積極有禮地處理來賓查詢
• Assist in shopping mall activities
• 協助舉辦商場活動
• Handle any ad-hoc duty as requested
• 處理突發事情

Requirements

• Diploma or above
• 文憑或以上
• 1 year of customer service experience is preferable
• 一年客戶服務經驗
• Pleasant, attentive to details and can  work independently
• 積極樂觀、注意細節及能獨立工作
• Good communication and interpersonal skills in English and Mandarin
• 良好英語及普通話溝通技巧
• Fresh graduate will also be considered  
• 歡迎應屆畢業生
