Job Description
The Job
The successful candidate will be responsible for HKT Care (Insurance hotline), customer management, insurance related claims preparation and product support.
- Handle customer enquiries from hotline and/ or company websites in professional manner to achieve service excellence
- Provide administrative support and cooperate with other team members to ensure timely resolution of customer requests and problems
- Support distribution partners’ retail outlets/ channels on product sales and service enhancement, and retail outlet visit is required occasionally
- Carry out other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management
The Person
- Higher Diploma or above with call centre or administrative experience
- Holder of IIQE Paper I, II & III preferred (candidates studying for or prepared to undertake such qualifications will be considered)
- Previous exposure from insurance or financial industry is advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word / Excel / PowerPoint
- Pleasant, independent, attentive to details and self-motivated personalities, strong customer service and problem solving mind with good communication and interpersonal skills
- A good team player and ready to accept new challenge
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is a plus
- No shift duty is required
