The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting sales and marketing targets for the STC Infection Prevention Technologies, under the brands of STERIS portfolio in HK.

 Principal Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Assist Division Manager to implement short and long-term sales and marketing strategies that align with our overall medical division initiatives.
• Successfully articulate and execute sales and marketing strategies with a strong focus on Capital product benefits to healthcare professionals in Private and Hospital Authority (HA) Hospitals and drive sales to Private and DOH Clinics.

Expected Areas of Competence:

• Have a good understanding of Hospital Authority and Private tender procedures, general hospital hierarchy and CSSD workflow.
• Have a good understanding of healthcare capital sales and marketing strategies.
• Good knowledge of promoting CSSD/TSSU products and their intended clinical use.
• Show a core clinical competency of hospital infection prevention strategies and technologies. 

 Education / Experience Requirements: 

• Bachelor degree in Biotechnology or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years experience in Medical device or Capital equipment.
• Fluent English and Cantonese communication.
• Comprehensive training overseas by STERIS will be provided to the successful candidate.
