Job Description

Responsibilities: 

  • Handling the customer inquiries and complaints by phone, email or mail etc in a friendly and professional manner at all time;
  • Maintain and update the customer information in internal system;
  • liaise with Operations on all matters and input on contract work;
  • Provide the after sales services and order follow up;
  • Handling sales documents (contract/tender renewal);
  • Ad hoc assignment as required.

 

Requirements: 

  • Secondary education
  • Mature, independent with good communication skills
  • Self-motivated and hardworking
  • Well knowledge in computer operations (i.e. MS Word, Excel & Chinese word processing etc.)
  • Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
  • At least 1 year customer services experience is preferable
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered
  • More experience may consider as the Customer Services Officer
