Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and complaints especially on technical aspect
• Conduct investigation internally and on site externally
• Demonstrate to customers on the functions of electrical appliances in details
• Monitor service quality and liaise with internal parties for improvement
• Prepare technical report on product issues to Product team for actions
• Perform ad hoc projects as and when required

Requirements

• Diploma or above
• With 5 years of hands-on customer service and complaints handling experience preferably on home appliances
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
• Sound knowledge of PC such as Internet, Chinese word processing, Excel and Word, etc.
• Good negotiation and communication skills
• Strong sense of responsibility, detail-minded, and patient
• Grade “A” Certificate of Registered Electrical Worker with repair experience is preferred
• Immediately available is highly preferred
