Responsibilities:

• Handle enquiries from customers through walk-in and calls in an efficient manner;
• Provide excellent service to customers in a professional manner to uplift overall customer satisfaction;
• Assist customers in resolving issues concerning services they purchased;
• Establish good relationship with customers to maintain brand loyalty and client development;
• Follow up with customer feedbacks for service improvement;
• Reinforce desirable work practices and explore new initiatives to enhance service quality and operational efficiency;
• Maintain the proposed visual merchandising according to corporate standard; and
• To achieve assigned target.
  

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above with relevant experience in corporate customer service;
• Passionate in customer service and relation building;
• Good presentation, communication and listening skills;
• Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese, English, Mandarin; and
• Immediate available is preferred
