Responsibilities:

• Handle customer accounts with abnormal usage patterns, such as usage confirmation and verification 
• Negotiate with customer for an early payment
• Take appropriate dunning action against high usage / overdue accounts and update system
• Handle customer enquires in related to billing / payment matters
• Compile monthly reports

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• Fresh graduates with less experience but with interest in Telecommunication industry will be considered
• Experience in customer services or credit control fields
• Be sensible and knowledgeable on managing various kinds of customers
• Good communication skill in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good PC knowledge in MS Excel & Word
• Shift duty is required
