The role is challenging and require high caliber person to manage logistics operation for our clients across different industries.  You need to be a responsible, focused and proactive self-starter; with excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills. 

Responsibilities

• Handle, manage and follow up daily orders
• Maintain smooth operation with clients, related parties and internal departments
• Analyze findings and follow up problem shipments
• Managing timely project plans
• Prepare and update documents and reports
• Building partnerships with various parties and identify business opportunities
• Provide analytical data and information to enhance process and workflow with Manager and Head of Department

Requirements

Degree holder in Supply Chain Management / Logistics or related disciplines

• Minimum 2 years of related working experience in logistics field (fresh graduate with mature mindset is also welcome)
• Extensive knowledge in logistics and freight
• Experience in warehouse management system is preferred
• Positive with mature and detail-oriented mindset
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment
• Initiative and eager to grow with the company
• Proficiency in written and spoken English & Chinese

Outstanding candidate with adequate experience would be considered for a more senior position
