Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute sales strategies, achieve sales targets
• Oversee the Beauty Consultant team to maintain high standard and consistent improvement in the delivery of customer proposition and service
• Maximize profit margins through identifying sales and growth opportunities
• Lead performance, and set and achieve objectives
• Motivate and inspire the consultant teams; ensure the development of their expertise and know-how
• Monitor and analyze sales performances 

Requirement:

• With over 5 years working experience in which 2 years in managerial level, preferably in beauty industry;
• Form 5 or Diploma in Sales & Marketing or a related field is preferred.
• Good presentation, communications & interpersonal skills.
• Aggressive, presentable with excellent communication skills
• Mature, self-motivated, outgoing and sociable
• Fluent in Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin). Good command of English is a plus.
