Responsibilities:

• Support sales department to handle daily routines of business transactions with        customers to drive efficient sales operation.
• Prepare and update sales presentation materials, customer database, product information, and price lists.
• Handle sales fulfillment including purchase orders, retail merchandising, stock take, inventory replenishment and management, payments, etc.
• Generate and analyze regular sales reports for management review.
• Participate in sales events and ad-hoc projects or campaigns.
• Work closely with marketing, logistics and frontline team to maximize brand exposure and to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirement:

• Degree holder in any discipline with 2 years or above sales support experience.
• Experience in consumer goods in a wholesale B2B environment is highly preferred.
• Good understanding of sales operation of key chain stores and online retailers.
• Detailed minded and multi-tasking ability.
• Self-motivated, reliable, with good communication skills.
• Strong numeric sense with excellent computer skills including powerpoint and excel spreadsheets.
