Job Responsibilities: 

• Handle customer's enquiries, overseas agent correspondence
• Follow up overseas routing orders and booking from customers
• Coordinate with parties of sales force, operations and accounting
• Perform other duties if required

 
Job Requirements:

• HKDSE/Diploma or above;
• 3-4 years relevant experience in freight (Air/Ocean) forwarding industry
• Good command of English and Putonghua
• Customer oriented with good communication skills
