Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customers inquiries and request, ensure customer order is fulfilled and respond delivery enquiries to customers on a timely manner;
• Follow up equipment after sales services and repair cases.
• Arrange and work with Engineers on repair service implementation and maintenance works.
• Process delivery orders and prepare delivery note & return note etc logistics documents;
• Coordinate logistics operations with warehouse and communicate with internal departments to monitor logistics issues;
• Provide support to prepare quotation and documents for pricing and tender submission;
• Provide administrative/ general support to Sales
• Maintain accurate records in systems and document filing;
• Handle office administrative support and assist to prepare reports;
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned;
• Candidate with higher qualifications or more working experience will be considered as Customer Service Officer.

Job Requirements:

• F.5 or above;
• Min. 2 years work experience, preferred in Customer Service / technical support;
• Computer literate in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese
• Self-motivated, hardworking, responsible, careful, willing to learn and able to work under pressure;
• knowledgeable of full set of I/E shipping documents and customs declaration is a plus.
