Key Responsibilities:-

• Oversee the day-to-day operations and monitor performance of 3 retail shops (bluebell outlets and Blumarine) to maximize sales performance and deliver good quality service standards
• Lead the frontline sales team to achieve sales target and provide excellent shopping experience to customers
• Develop all necessary procedures and processes to ensure that the sales force operates efficiently and effectively
• Develop and maintain CRM programs to build up long term client relationship
• Maintain an awareness of developments in sales techniques to ensure that the retail staff maintains and develops its competitive position
• Manage stock replenishment, allocation and visual merchandising coordination
• Any other duties/matters which may be assigned from time to time

Other Requirements:-

• Significant experience in retail sales management experience preferably in fashion retail
• Excellent supervisory ability with experience in managing multiple stores
• Excellent interpersonal, planning and organizing skills
• Customer-oriented, self-motivated, aggressive and strong numerical sense
• Mature, pro-active and result driven
