Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage and run a Member Centre, supervise customer service to handle all consumer enquiriesin calls, e-mail, live-chat, etc.
- Developing a strong sustainable team by attracting, developing, rewarding, and retaining talent.
- You will participate in recruitment and continuously provide training and coach the team members.
- Set KPIs, monitor and motivate performance to ensure high quality customer services.
- Work closely with internal and external parties to ensure excellent execution of marketing initiatives
Requirements
- 5 years of Member Centre or shop management experience.
- Experience in health supplements and skin-care products is a plus.
- Ability to develop, implement and review policies and procedures for a service delivery environment.
- Excellent in communication and planning.
