Job Description

The job holder is responsible for execution and monitoring the Quality Assurance System and implementing policies as directed by the management to ensure the conformity with the legal, corporate and customer specifications and standards.

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Plan and act on the totality of measure to achieve the food safety and quality performance according to the company standards and local food legislation.

  2. In-charge of the in-house evaluation and verification system of quality performance to ensure adequacy, accuracy, effectiveness and reliability is maintained.

  3. Manage the Quality System which is documented in HACCP manual, Quality Manual and Working Instruction for maintaining the Food Safety and Quality Standard of products and service.

  4. Faciliate investigation for food safety and quality related complaints and nonconformities, follow up with the respective departments to identify the root cuase and execute action plan.

  5. Conduct regular hygiene and process inspection at operation locations including outlet and kitchen.

  6. Review quality document and issue Monthly Quality Report to management team.

  7. Maintain supplier management system for food vendor and service provider by conducting vendor assessment and evaluation.

  8. Plan and conduct training in the area of food safety and quality according to company requirements.

  9. Monitor the pest control program and evaluate contractor’s performances, and provide professional recommendation and instruction to the contractor and respective departments.

  10. Review and maintain the cleaning and sanitation program at operation locations including outlet and kitchen.

  11. Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager and Director of Quality Management.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Dipoma holder or above in Food Science, Hotel and Catering Management or relevant discipline.

  • Proficient in English and Chinese.

  • Knowledge on HACCP.

  • At least 2 years relevant experience in food industry or hotel and catering, perferable in quality management and food safety fields.

  • Effective communication and influencing skill, ability to communicate at all levels of company.

  • Mature, self confident, reponsible, initiative, work under pressure and independently.
