Job description and responsibilities

Engineer will participate in R&D activities to develop new materials and processes based on pulp fibers, technology upgrading and development

• Responsible for tracking industry developments in the field and providing professional and innovative technologies.

• Participate in the concept, development, verification and provision of support for R&D, and require autonomy and practical activities in all aspects.

• Design new applications and demanding product design, optimization and improvement, and provide products that meet market demand and are competitive (quality, cost, schedule, advantages, etc.).

• Lead and work closely with junior researchers.

• Candidates with more solid experience will be considered for the post of Senior Engineer

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in materials science or related field (chemical/ material sciences/ bioprocess/ engineering) or above

• 1 to 3 years of experience in research material development practice.

• Proficient in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin

• Dignified character, innovative spirit, strong professionalism, sense of responsibility, and team spirit.
