The job holder is to ensure, through supervision, quality service in supplying equipment / dry goods / cutlery for airlines in accordance with the laid down specification and requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise preparation work and airline equipment packing according to customers' specification
• Maintain inventory control of airline equipment and assist in stock-taking
• Control staff time attendance and roaster arrangement
• Provide support, guidance and training to staff and problem solving
• Maintain good safety & hygiene standards and promote safety at work
• Ad hoc project assigned by Supervisor
• 5-days work and shift duty is required
• Working Location: Chek Lap Kok
  
  

Requirements:

• DSE or above
• 2 years or above working experiences, preferred in catering field or factory with at least 1-2 years managerial experiences
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS office
