The job holder is to assist to supervise the daily operations of the dishwash section to ensure the airline equipment are properly cleaned and supply to other sections & departments on time

 Responsibilities

• Ensure the hygiene requirements comply with Company policy, airline customers' standards and local legislation
• Ensure all the equipments, cutlery & utensils are properly cleaned
• Monitor the operations of the dishwashing machines and manpower arrangement
• Provide support & guidance to sub-ordinates and assist for problem-solving
• Handle airline customers’ enquires or complaints
• Maintain good safety & hygiene standards and promote safety at work
• Familiar with the functions of cleainng chemical will be an absolute advantage
• Ad hoc duties as assigned by Supervisor
• 5-days work and shift duty is required

 Requirement

• DSE or above in any disciplines
• 2 years or above relevant experiences, preferred in factory or cleaning industry with at least 1 year managerial experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS office
