Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries, booking arrangement, rate and service inquiries in IAS trade
- Handle daily booking by contacting shippers
- Handle contract amendment and creation
- Prepare booking forecast report to operation / vessel operator
- Arrange trucking / reefer appointment to operation department
- Ad hoc jobs assigned by department head
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree holder with minimum 5 year experience in Logistics Industry
- Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Good telephone manner, customer-oriented and willing to work under pressure
- Good command of both spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Proficient in MS office suites
- Immediate available is preferred
