Job Responsibilities:

• Arrange shipments and handle import/export shipping documents (Sea / Air / Courier)
  
• Monitor and data entry of stock-in and out of warehouse
• Responsible for customs declaration (Tradelink), data entry and filing
• Coordinate with warehouse, forwarders, customers for shipment arrangement
• Supervise & support shipping colleagues
• Assist warehouse work if needed
• Perform ad-hoc assignment

Job Requirements:

• Form 7 / DSE Form 6 or above; Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin
• 2-3 years’ experience in shipping / logistics (warehouse experience is an advantage)
• PC knowledge: Outlook, Excel, Word
• Knowledge in Tradelink system
• Well-organized, responsible, independent,good communication skill
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Less qualification / experience will be considered as Shipping Clerk

Salary: HK$14,000~HK$16,000 per month
