• Lead process optimization projects
• Communicate with cross-functional users and IT department to ensure the system consistency and standardization
• Initiated enhancement for operation system to simplify operation processes.
• Identify and communicate risks / issues with department head and provide correction plan
• identifying the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and developing standard process flow to discover the improvement opportunities and recommendations by using

Requirement

• bachelor’s degree in business related field with minimum 2 years project and process management experience in freight forwarding/logistics industry
• freight forwarding training with additional management training.
• Solid experience in implementing improvement projects such as re-engineering, off-shoring, centralization, digitalization etc. in logistics industry.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
• Excellent in Japanese or Korean is definitely an advantage
