Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and administrative support related to offshore survey projects.
• Liaise with local shipping agent to gather and obtain operational permits.
• Liaise with local shipping agent, party chiefs and captains in arranging logistical support to our vessels that includes arranging port calls, bunkering, shipments of spare parts etc.
• Handling invoices from shipping agents covering port call costs.
• Organizing visa applications for staff travelling overseas.
• Full support to our ship management in administration and registration.

Ideal candidates will meet the following requirements:

• Minimum 3 years working experience
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
• Higher Diploma, experience in ship management field, but not essential.
• Sound computer applications skills such as Word, Excel, and Chinese words input.
• Independent, detail-minded & strong interpersonal skills.
