Position Overview

This role will take responsibility in logistic coordination and processes between factories, warehouses and retail stores, also optimizing inventory to drive sales across all retail channels through merchandise allocation and replenishment in consideration of target stock coverage by SKU.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible in logistic coordination of inbound and outbound shipment, and coordinate suppliers or logistic counterparts and freight forwarders on orders and shipment arrangement
• Work closely with warehouse/distribution center for daily logistics operations including the checking of stock availability and freight rate, preparation of all relevant shipping documents, monitor the logistics flow of goods and communicate with internal and external parties
• To execute allocation and replenishment strategies between warehouses and stores in a timely matter
• To ensure correct balance of inventory in stores according to assortment matrix
• To evaluate stock allocation and distribution on the base of sales, distribution plan, rationing criteria in order to maximize service level across region to support sales objectives
• To monitor and control store sales and stock levels in the region
• To be conscious and aware of store capacities ensuring the right depth and breadth of products to support sales demand
• To anticipate peak selling periods and work closely with retail operations team to build strategy with execution to support stock builds in advance
• To partner closely with retail operations team to support demand, client reservations and ad hoc requests
• To upload product information into back end systems for SKU creation
• To generate merchandising sales report analysis and linesheets creation

Requirements: 

• Higher Diploma graduate or above in Logistic/Warehouse Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years working experience in fashion retail logistics field and merchandising allocation role is a must
• Mature, good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Must have excellent skills in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Word
• Excellent in written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
