Reporting to the Logistics Manager, your main responsibilities will be:

• Coordinate packing schedule and documents with internal departments and service providers
• Ensure well execution of standard operation procedures
• Perform quality inspection of repacking process and finished products
• Monitor the performance of service providers
• Prepare regular reports of operation procedures and monthly KPI
• Review current operation and formulate improvement proposal to enhance the operation efficiency and quality
• Support other logistics tasks in the department if necessary

The successful candidate will:

• An Associate Degree / Higher Diploma holder or above
• At least 5 years’ experience in in-house or third-party logistics operation, with packing operation experience is definitely an advantage
• A good team player with pleasant personality
• Mature, reliable and self-motivated with good sense of responsibility
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and Chinese Word Processing
