職責﹕

• 負責日常倉務文件處理，包括運輸及出入貨文件等
• 處理運輸及送貨之單據及安排收款
• 負責操作SAP系統
• 執行部門指派的其他日常事務，包括外勤工作
• 青衣區工作 
  

職位要求﹕

• 中學文憑 / 中七或以上
• 一年或以上經驗；具倉務及運輸工作經驗更佳
• 具良好溝通能力，包括流利廣東話、日常英語溝通及書寫能力
• 懂得電腦一般文書處理操作，能操作SAP程式更佳
• 勤奮、細心、有耐性、具良好合作精神

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for day to day logistics operations such as invoice and delivery orders follow up
• Handle cash on delivery and bank-in handling
• Administer SAP operation and processing
• Support departmental administrative works
• Perform ad hoc assignments as required (including outdoor work)
• Working location: Tsing Yi

Requirements:

• DSE / F.7 or above
• At least 1 year experience, with experience in warehouse and logistics operation is definitely an advantage
• A good team player with strong interpersonal & communication skill
• Hardworking, patient and detail-oriented
• Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
