Job Responsibilities:

• Arrange shipments and handle import/export shipping documents (Sea / Air / Courier)
• Customs declaration (Tradelink)
• Coordinate with warehouse, forwarders, customers for shipment arrangement
• Follow up P.O.
• Issue invoice, packing list and shipment arrangement
• Data entry and filing

Requirements:

• Form 5 graduated or above
• Over 2 years Import & Export shipping experience
• PC knowledge: ERP order processing & MS Office Suite, especially Excel
• Familiar with Import and Export matters
• Knowledge in Tradelink
• Well-organized, responsible, independent, good communication skill
