Requirements
- HKCEE / Diploma in Logistics
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and ERP system are essential
- Good Verbal & Written communication in English and Mandarin
- Experience in European and Italian market
- Highly Motivated Personality
Job responsibilities
- Familiar operate LC; DA are necessary
- Familiar operation skill for Import and Export shipment
- Independent to perform consolidation shipment and assurance on-time
- Manage I/E, Invoice and Payment document ensure in accurate
- Sound knowledge on HK; PRC and Regional import, export trade rules and custom clearance procedures
- Processing E-banking for LC application and remittance
- Outstanding Shipment weekly report
- Shipment Schedule weekly report
- Prepare Debit /Credit Note to Vendor
- Filling and maintenance document
