Job Description

In this role, you will provide inventory control and purchasing support to Supply Chain team, mainly in Australia and UK

Main responsibilities:

  • Handle order processing and coordinate with oversea offices and vendors
  • Coordinate with factories in China, Thailand, local warehouse, freight forwarders and our strategic partners on delivery of goods.
  • Interact with other departments to ensure operations go smoothly.
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparations of shipping documents.
  • Organize and monitor inventory transfer from local warehouse to factories in China and Thailand.
  • Help to keep shipment and inventory records, ensuring stock levels are manageable efficiently at factory.
  • Involve in inventory replenishment process and control for optical frames.
  • Liaise with overseas offices on placing purchase orders, ensuring continuity of supply for frames.
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job requirements:

  • At least 2-3 year working experience in administrative coordinator type role, preferably in Supply Chain industry
  • Pro-active, hands on team player with a can-do attitude
  • Flexible and able to work with deadlines
  • Good communication skills
  • Adaptable, embracing and supportive to change
  • Good command of spoken & written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook/O365, Word and Excel etc.
