Responsibilities:

• Support in coordination of shipping duties with overseas office and factories in China.
• Handle full set of shipping documents & export declaration.
• Assist with periodic reporting and shipment schedule.

Requirements:

• F5 or above.
• Good command of written and spoken both English & Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin).
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing.
• Highly responsible, work independent and excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
• Minimum 4 years experience in trading firm.
