Job Responsibilities

• In charge of the full sets of books for the Hong Kong operations including payments and month-end closing
• In charge of the statutory audit for the 2 legal entities in Hong Kong
• Responsible for all tax related issues for the 2 legal entities in Hong Kong
• Handle company secretarial issues
• Assist the Financial Controller to take care of the consolidation, statutory audit, tax & licencing issues for the China WOFE & its branches
• Prepare various management reports and analysis for HK & China
• Liaision between Hongkong, Singapore & China offices
• Ad hoc assignments

Pre-requisites

• Holder of Bachelor degree in Finance, member of professional bodies
• At least 10 years accounting experience which includes experience in preparing analysis, statutory audit & tax computation for Hong Kong companies
• Good command of written and spoken English & Mandarin
• Proficiency in using MS Office application including Word, Excel & Chinese Word processing
• Excellent Excel skills & knowledge of application for advanced Excel features, eg. Vlookup, Pivot table
• Knowledge in ORACLE & Kingdee system is preferred
• Self motivated, well organized, detailed mind, strong analytical mind and logical thinking
• Strong sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Active in communicating with different departments and different level
• Strong character and be able to supervise a team
• Willing to travel to other China cities occasionally
• Familiar with China accounting & tax regulations is an added advantage
