Responsibilities:

• Manage full set of accounts & review accounting duties including vouchers checking
• Assist in preparing month end closing reports and other management reports
• Assist in tax computation and statutory audits
• Assist in budget preparation, identify variance with actual results
• Assist the department head to handle the communication with bankers and internal parties
• Handle the information as required by the banks and other parties as required
• Support ad-hoc duties assigned by management and headquarter

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting and / or Finance disciplines; ACCA/HKICPA is an advantage
• Process over 6-8 years of accounting experience in trading and/or commercial sector or auditing experience
• At least 3 years experiences in corporate finance or trade finance area, preferably experience in handling banking relationship or negotiating for banking facilities
• Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel and computerized accounting systems (SAP/SBO & Peach Tree)
• Independent, Strong in Analytical, reliable, Team player, detailed with strong sense of responsibility
• Mature, Self-motivated, well organized, strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Good command in written/spoken English & Chinese (Mandarin) are essential
• 3-5 years experiences in trading will be considered as Accounts Clerk
• Working Location : Lai Chi Kok
