KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle clients’ full set of accounts independently.
• Prepare invoices, accounting vouchers, data entries and filing documents.
• Prepare month-end and year-end closing and reporting.
• Handle MPF and payroll payments.
• Support recruitment process and leave attendance records filing.
• Prepare tax returns and filing.
• Other ad hoc accounting duties and projects as required.

REQUIRMENTS

• Higher Diploma/ Associate Degree in Accounting or above/ Holder of LCCI Higher or above
• At least 2-3 years accounting experience, experience with professional CPA firms a definite advantage
• Familiar with computerized accounting system, Excel, Word and Chinese word processing
• Self-motivated, independent, detail-minded, willing to learn, well organized and with a strong sense of responsibility
• Hands-on experience and knowledge in MYOB/ QuickBooks/ Peachtree is advantage
• Good command in English, Mandarin & Chinese
• At least 3 half-days per week
• Immediate availability is preferred
