Our client, a Hong Kong Listed PRC financial institute is urgently looking for a Head of Finance to manage their Finance Department.

  Key Responsibilities 

• Report to the CEO, manage the finance team to support the Group and her subsidiaries including Asset Management, Corporate Finance and Brokerage business
• Prepare regular financial reports and FRR report to the group and regulatory bodies.
• Overseas the financial control functions of the group
• Leading the finance team members to work on various tight reporting deadlines.
• Responsible for Treasury and Funding management as well as taxation planning
• Budgetary control of expenses and analysis.
• Prepare annual budgeting, business planning, forecast audited reports
• Assist in ad hoc project as required.

 Requirements

• CPA qualification
• Minimum 8 - 10 years relevant working experience with at least 5 years in financial institute.
• Experience in working for HK PRC financial institution preferred
• Strong report writing skill (both English and Chinese) and analytical mind.
• Proficiency in accounting software.
• Initiative, positive and good teamwork player. Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Good command of spoken and written English and conversational in Mandarin.
