Job responsibilities:

1. Prepare daily food cost report, monthly F&B cost control report, month-end F&B costing variance report and standard recipe;
2. Recommend solutions to reduce operating cost for the restaurants;
3. Carry out month-end food and beverage stocktake;
4. Assist in ad-hoc projects.

Requirements:

1. HKDSE/Form 7 or above
2. 2 years’ cost control experience at food and beverage industry
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal and good problem solving skills
4. Good command of English and Cantonese
5. Knowledge in Microsoft Office and inventory system
6. Five days’ work
