Responsibilities: 

• Perform daily accounting functions including issue cheque, bank-in, keep petty cash and filing. 
  
• Maintain full sets of accounts.
• Responsible for month-end closings, reconciliation of inter-company transaction, bank reconciliation and preparation of audit schedules.
• Handle external audit.
• Assist in Preparation of monthly financial statements and other management reports.
• Handle ad hoc assignments as required.

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma or above in Accounting or relevant disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience, preferably with experience in accounting firm.
• Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility, able to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Hands-on experience in handling full set of accounts.
• Fluent communication in both spoken and written English and Chinese, with proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Chinese Work Processing and experience in MYOB is preferred.
• Good communication skills, able to work and interface well with personnel at various levels.
