Job Duties:

• Handle general accounting duties, including preparation of vouchers, payment records, bank reconciliation, data entry and filing, etc.
• Prepare various accounting reports and related documents
• Assist in financial analysis, month-end closing and monthly schedules, stock-taking, year-end audit, etc.
• Perform other administrative and ad hoc duties as assigned 

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree major in Accounting, or Form 5/DSE graduates with formal training in Accounting
• Exposure in multinational environment, shipping company or CPA firm is an advantage
• Full set of accounts is preferred but not necessary
• Well versed with MS Office, especially Excel
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese, English and Mandarin
• Proactive, detailed-minded, independent and able to meet tight deadlines

Work Location: Kwun Tong, Wong Chuk Hang, Tsim Sha Tsui, North Point, etc.
