Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide full range of secretarial and administrative supports to CFO Office
• Manage calendar, meeting, appointment schedule and personal matters
• Organize and prepare presentation materials, proposals, reports, meeting minutes and other correspondence
• Handle travel arrangement, including accommodation and logistics arrangement
• Coordinate with internal and external parties in related to business and personal activities
• Occasional travel is needed
• Other ad hoc projects as required

Job Requirements - Education/Experience

• Degree / Associate Degree or equivalent of Business Administration discipline or similar major in tertiary college or above
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• Mature, independent, detail-minded and well organized
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English & Chinese including Mandarin
• Good in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience in Company Secretarial job is a plus
• Candidate with higher qualifications and more experience may be considered for a managerial position
