Responsibilities:

- Handle customers’ enquiries

- Prepare daily sales report or related reports for management review

- Provide clerical support to Marketing and Operation Department

- Responsible for sales administration including issuing price quotation, invoicing, order processing, following up purchase orders

- Liaise with internal and external parties to follow up the sales order delivery, order       packing and logistic arrangement

- Responsible for full set of import and export shipping documents

Requirements:

- Higher Diploma or above, with at least 2 years related working experience

- Proficient in Chinese and English word processing and MS Office usage

- Experiences in using ERP system is preferred

- Believer in growth mindset, good telephone manner, enjoy working as a team with  passion and perseverance

- Fresh Graduates are also welcome
